1) Bookings
Bookings can be made for 60 minute or longer massages. Kindly inform ourstaff when booking if you’ve had surgery recently or if you have any other concerns to ensure we can provide massage, as your well-being is our prime concern. Call us and book your massage today!
2) Arrival
For first time customers kindly arrive 5 minutes before your massage booking so you can fill in some information and ask us any questions. Payment can be made via cash, EFTPOS or credit card (Mastercard or Visa).
3) Medical concerns
If you have any medical concerns you must let us know prior to your massage. If we are unsure whether massage would be safe for your condition, or potentially affect our staff, then we have the right to refuse massage.
4) Cancellations
If you wish to change or cancel a booking, please contact us as soon as possible.
5) Health Funds Rebates
We currently work with the following Health Funds;
AHM, Australian Regional Health Group, Australian Unity, BUPA, CBHS, H.Partners, HBF, HCF, Medibank Private, NIB.
