FAQ:   What is the difference between the types of massages?

Traditional Thai Massage
No oil used.  Simply a combination of traditional stretching with energy and pressure point work.
Helps to balance the body, increases flexibility, encourages circulation and release of muscle tension and stress.
Pressure: Soft to Firm

Thai + Oil Massage
This massage type uses organic oils,  in conjunction with the Traditional Thai Massage stretching, energy and pressure point work as above.   The carefully selected oils stimulate and nourish the skin, whilst we balance the body, work on your flexibility, circulation and muscle tension.
Pressure: Soft to Firm

Thai + Deep Tissue Massage (or Remedial)
We use a combination of Traditional Thai Massage and specialised techniques to support your body in it's repair, helping to remove toxins trapped in muscles and stimulate blood flow.
  - Deep Tissue Massage uses our organic oils and is ideal for those who are looking for a whole-body massage and the therapeutic benefits of firm pressure.
  - Remedial Massage is ideal for those seeking targeted treatment or those with chronic pain and injuries that require specific treatment.
Pressure: Firm,  but we work with you each appointment to assess where your body is at and what it needs

Thai + Foot Massage
This massage type typically focuses on the lower legs and feet, and involves stimulatation of reflex points on the feet to promote general health and well-being.  We use our organic oils, Traditional Thai Massage techniques and Reflexology techniques, to help your body work on improving circulation and flexibility, the removal of toxins trapped in muscles which helps assist the lymphatic system.
